Buy your Comedy Store tickets on-line only.
Returning Tickets
Tickets are non refundable, however if you need to cancel a booking we can credit your Comedy Store account with the ticket price for you to re-use within 12 months of receipt. If you know the date you wish to change to then let our box office team know. We accept returns up until 5pm on the day of the performance unless we are sold out. If your ticket is resold for a sold out show we will issue ticket price as credit to the bookers account. Please note that we cannot guarantee the resale of your ticket.
Sold Out Performances
All seats are available to purchase ahead of the day. When a performance sells out contact the box office to be added to the waiting list. If you do not hear from our box office before 5pm on the day of the show then unfortunately we haven’t had enough returns.
If you arrive to a sold out show with spare tickets inform the box office who will try and sell your tickets to any returns queues outside.
Credit
Credit can be used for tickets only. Credit cannot be used in person at the bar.
When shopping online you will see any available credit at the checkout page. Make sure you are using the same log in details as your original booking. If you’d like to know how much credit you have on your account then get in touch!
